Trails to Wellness
The Litchfield County Opiate Task Force is celebrating Recovery Month with a special event on Tuesday, September 26th from 5-8pm at Coe Memorial Park in Torrington, CT.
The event, “Trails to Wellness,” will showcase the many different pathways to recovery from mental health and substance use disorder and highlight different self-care and holistic wellness activities. We are excited to have aromatherapy, sound healing, meditation, acupuncture, a fire ceremony, motivational speakers, and much more!
The event is family friendly and will have face painting and a tie dye tee-shirt station, however we are asking that people please leave your pets at home that day as we will have working therapy animals at the event.
Raffles will be held at the end of the evening for some truly fantastic prizes. Food trucks on site with food available for purchase!
