Matt’s Mission 6th Annual Recovery Event

Matt’s Mission along with their partner, Griswold PRIDE with be hosting “Matt’s Mission 6th Annual Recovery Event” on Saturday, September 10, 2022, from 9 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at Veterans Park in Jewett City. The goal of this important event is to bring awareness and education on substance use disorders and provide information on treatment for families and individuals impacted by the disease of addiction.
The event includes guest speakers sharing their personal stories of recovery along with resource tables providing information on treatment and support services. Today I Matter will be present with their Memorial Poster Project, Perceptions MAT Van will be present at the event with access to Medication-Assisted Treatment (Suboxone), there will be music, an amazing raffle, and much more! NARCAN and FENTANYL TEST STRIPS will be available.
