Sound Healing w/ Kelvin Young, RSS

December 30, 2021 @ 6:00 pm - 7:15 pm EST

Event by: Kelvin Young, LLC
We meet every other Thursday to create a safe space for us to check in with ourselves and hold space for one another during these unprecedented times while sipping on a delicious cup of cacao. After our check in, Kelvin will utilize the Crystal and metal singing bowls, gong, chimes, tinghas, ocean drum, rattles, hand drum and the voice to activate your parasympathetic nervous system to calm your mind, relax your body, feel your emotions and nourish your soul. The meditative sounds promote healing from chronic stress, muscle tension, physical pain, feelings of anxiety, depression, PTSD, sleep issues, addictive behaviors, unprocessed trauma and other stress-related chronic health conditions. **Space is limit. Please register to save your spot. Sliding scale donation: $10-20 About the facilitator: Kelvin Young is a Certified Sound Healer and owner of Kelvin Young, LLC.
